- We are specialized in the design, developments, scientific research and repair of the electric motors, generators, transformers and its power electronics;
- We do the full electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical design of the electric machines and related electromechanical devices and work with the contract manufactures to fabricate them;
- Also, we support the OEM’s to reduce the cost of their products by redesign it and provide them with new and more competitive lines of products.
It Covers:
- BLDC motors with permanent magnets, rotor surface mounted or embedded; with the rotor at the interior or the inside-out construction; with the radial or axial airgap; in 3-phases or more;
- Three phase induction motors with Aluminum or Copper cast rotors;
- Stepper motors;
- Brush DC motors and generators;
- Single phase AC motors as: PSC motors or AC universal motor;
- Three phases synchronous generators with wounded magnetic poles;
- Single and three phases power transformers, dried or oil cooled;
- Linear motors as a linear BLDC motor or a rotary one with a gearbox attached;
- Cooling methods can be: TENV, TEWC, DPBV, Oil Spay on Windings, etc.
- Low or medium voltage applications as: up to 1 kV including 640VDC or 800VDC as low voltage or above that and up to 13.8 kV for medium voltage designs
Specifications:
- Rotating speed of the machines considered in our designs is from 20 to 200,000 rpm, with low end speed range used in the large motor diameters of up to 6 feet OD;
- The output mechanical power is from 100 W for very small motors and going up to 5MW for the large ones;
